Job summary

National Counseling Group in Virginia is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide case management, trauma-informed counseling, and individual/family therapy across youth and adults. You will collaborate with school personnel, social services, and court staff, while maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
• Coordinate and develop treatment plans with input from team members and stakeholders.
