Job summary

National Counseling Group in Virginia is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide case management, crisis intervention, and therapy services in a home-based and community setting. You will develop Individualized Service Plans, deliver trauma-informed counseling, and coordinate with school personnel, social services, and juvenile justice representatives.

A Bachelor’s degree and QMHP certifications/licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Licensure/Certification: QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
