Community Guidance Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver direct psychotherapy and indirect case management for adults and children. You will provide evidence‑based individual, group, couples, and family therapy, with a focus on substance abuse counseling and trauma‑informed care using the Sanctuary Model.

The role offers four distinct employment and pay structures, including full‑/part‑time options with hourly or salaried pay, plus autonomous case‑rate

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Experience treating adult and/or child populations; substance abuse background preferred.
• Strong clinical writing for documentation; excellent communication and high emotional intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Services: conduct assessments, design safety plans, and deliver psychotherapy.
• Case Management: complete notes, treatment plans, reviews, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaboration & Consultation: coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: follow regulations and best practices.
• Sanctuary Model Culture: contribute to a trauma‑informed work environment.
