Job summary

Community Guidance Center in Indiana is seeking a trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide direct clinical psychotherapy and indirect case management for adults and children.

You will deliver evidence-based individual, group, couples, and family therapy, with a focus on substance abuse counseling and the Sanctuary Model culture. The position offers four employment and pay structures, including full-time/part-time options and case-rate arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license.
• Experience treating adult and/or child populations; substance abuse background preferred.
• Strong clinical writing, communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Services: Conduct assessments and deliver tailored psychotherapy using recognized modalities.
• Case Management: Manage documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, reviews and authorizations.
• Collaboration & Consultation: Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate care.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to regulations, ethics, and best practice guidelines.
• Sanctuary Model Culture: Engage in trauma-informed practices and sanctuary commitments.
