Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• LPC/LMFT or LCSW, or licensed in TX with supervision.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computers: word processing, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail, internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to participants and crisis intervention.
• Develop intake, ISP and trauma-informed services; use ACEs Assessment tool.
• Create and monitor ISP to help youth re-enter academics or pursue post-secondary goals.
• Coordinate with Life Coaches and track participant progress toward goals.
• Maintain program grants, budgets, and required reports.
