Job summary

Brightpoint is seeking a Juvenile Justice Specialist to deliver strength-based, trauma-informed case management for justice-involved youth. You will meet youth and families in homes and community settings, coordinating with schools, probation, and mental health services to build protective factors and educational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services field required.
• Experience with juvenile justice-involved youth preferred.
• valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a caseload and provides social services using social work principles.
• Provides trauma-informed services and wraparound supports.
• Assesses client situations and formulates service plans with families.
• Coordinates with education, workforce, probation, and mental health providers.
• Documents assessments and service notes using a web-based platform.
• Supports youths and families to navigate the Juvenile Justice System.
