Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a licensed mental health professional to perform psychotherapy and psychosocial intake services. Responsibilities include assessments, recovery planning, and providing interventions across community, home, and school settings.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; LPC/LCSW/LMFT preferred; CBT/TF-CBT/CPT/Play Therapy/PCIT certifications preferred; bilingual Spanish/English preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred.
• CCBHC knowledge and experience preferred.
• CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy, and/or PCIT certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care Practices required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using state approved evidence-based models (CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, Play Therapy, PCIT, Family Therapy).
• Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments as credentials permit.
• Develop individual recovery plans and collaborate with individuals/families to determine appropriate route of services and level of care.
• Collaborate with intake team to ensure same day access to services.
• Provide interventions in community, home, and school settings as needed.
• Ensure services meet guidelines per benefit plans and TAC requirements/rules.
• Maintain timely documentation, scheduling, and auditing standards; assist with crisis procedures and coverage.
