LifePath Systems seeks a qualified mental health professional to provide psychotherapy and psychosocial intake services in a person-centered, trauma-informed framework. The role includes assessments, recovery planning, and collaboration with individuals and families to determine the appropriate level of care.

Responsibilities include thorough documentation, time management, and crisis coverage as needed. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; a $2000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field is required.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LMFT preferred.
• CCBHC knowledge and experience preferred.
• CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy, and PCIT certifications preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Trauma-Informed Care knowledge required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychotherapy using state-approved evidence-based models (CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, Play Therapy, PCIT, and Family Therapy).
• Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments as credentials permit.
• Develop individual recovery plans and collaborate with individuals and families to determine level of care.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to guidelines; crisis procedures and coverage as needed.
• Work independently and with intake team to ensure same-day access to services.
