Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a compassionate Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving independence in residential and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, documentation, and goal attainment in a trauma-informed, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include developing service plans, facilitating community participation, and coordinating transportation and resources.
