Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor to support adults with developmental and intellectual challenges in a group living setting. You will help implement treatment plans, promote safety, facilitate daily living activities, and assist with transportation as needed.

The role emphasizes advocacy, community integration, and responsive care in a trauma-informed, anti-racist workplace with opportunities for professional development and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and lead daily implementation plans.
• Implement procedures that ensure health, safety, and well-being of individuals and site cleanliness and safety.
• Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
