Job summary

Wings of the Future is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide in-person therapy at our Pasadena office for individuals, couples, and families. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply trauma-informed approaches while ensuring timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Applicants must hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist) and be able to work on-site with reliability and strong professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, and unrestricted independent clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, psychologist).
• Ability to practice independently within license scope and meet HIPAA requirements.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person individual, couples, and family therapy in a private clinical setting.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Develop measurable treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
• Apply evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and related concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries on time.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and community agencies as appropriate.
