Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent and clinical experience related to children and child counseling.
• TB test and fingerprint clearance required.
• CA driver license with insurable driving record.
• Spanish language ability preferred and licensing board registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provides trauma-informed psychotherapy groups, family therapy, and collateral sessions.
• Performs intakes and assessments to determine service needs and treatment plans.
• Works flexible/non-traditional hours regularly.
• Develops, administers, evaluates and modifies treatment plans.
• Facilitates attachment and supports children's development with parents/caregivers in various settings.
• Represents the organization at community events and outreach.
