Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology required
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field preferred
• At least one year of experience working with children and families preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must pass a drug screen and clearances (DFPS and CANS) and FBI fingerprint check
• Lifting requirements of 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive In-Home services following the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model
• Conduct family and individual sessions in clients' homes and other settings
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
• Complete documentation within 48 hours (progress notes, family plans, etc.)
• Coordinate with community partners, schools, courts and other providers
• Ensure client safety and crisis planning and response as needed
• Engage families to develop a support network and empower parental accountability
• Assist with transportation needs and external referrals as required
