Saint Francis Ministries is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to provide intensive in-home services using Family Centered Treatment (FCT) to help prevent out-of-home placement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required) in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field as determined by DHS.
• Master's Degree (preferred) in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field as determined by DHS.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Service Delivery: conduct family and individual FCT sessions at clients' homes or other settings, with 4+ hours weekly and 2-3 weekly contacts.
• Engage families to develop a support network and promote safety, permanency, and well-being for children.
• Assessments and treatment planning: conduct strengths-based assessments and update monthly treatment plans.
• Caseload & intensity management: process external referrals and manage scheduling to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Model fidelity & certification: complete all requirements to be certified in the FCT model within 9 months of first case.
