Job summary

Saint Francis Ministries is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to deliver in-home interventions to families in the Concordia, Salina, Hays, and Junction area.

You will manage up to five families, participate in weekly supervision, and pursue FCT certification within one year. A bachelor's degree in social/family services and a valid driver's license are required. This role supports flexible work-from-home when not with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social or family services (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Sociology).
• At least one year of experience working with children and families.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance Check and an Adult Registry check.
• FBI Fingerprint Check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 5 families and spend time with each weekly.
• Provide in-home FCT and fidelity to the model.
• Attend weekly supervision meetings and complete reports promptly.
• Liaise with DCF, courts, schools, other providers, and community.
• Complete and maintain program fidelity documents and court reports.
• Enroll in Wheels of Change and obtain FCT certification within 1 year.
