Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in child welfare direct service.
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR, Criminal History and background checks.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide FCU/THV services to families in clients’ homes and community settings.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for treatment planning.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner, including fidelity documents.
• Attend meetings, court proceedings, and coordinate with case managers.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; protect clients’ rights.
• Provide transportation planning assistance and linkage to services.
• Travel as required; work flexible hours and after-hours when needed.
