Job summary

The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora (AHA) invites applications for the Manager of Supportive Services at Sanctuary on Potomac, a 43-unit Permanent Supportive Housing community serving individuals exiting homelessness and those with disabling conditions.

You will supervise two Peer Support Specialists, provide Medicaid-reimbursable services, and coordinate with Aurora Mental Health, property management, and community partners to promote housing stability and resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field required.
• Colorado licensure (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC or equivalent) required.
• Minimum three years in case management, supportive housing, behavioral health, or related services.
• Minimum one year supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and supervision for Supportive Housing Services.
• Direct service, case management, and Medicaid-reimbursable activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure service integration and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor documentation, billing, and program outcomes to ensure quality and audits readiness.
• Attend agency and partner meetings; support continuous quality improvement.
• Engage residents and provide crisis response and housing stabilization support.
