Job summary

HELP USA in Brooklyn seeks a Housing/Hotline Case Manager for the ROADS program to deliver case management services to survivors of gender-based violence and operate the ROADS hotline.

You will assist with housing applications, engage in community outreach, screen needs, and connect survivors to health, housing, legal and financial resources through AWARDS documentation.

This role requires trauma-informed approach, experience with survivors, MS Office skills, and a valid NYS driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience working with survivors of gender-based violence.
• AWADS knowledge is a plus.
• Computer-literate, specifically with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate ROADS hotline.
• Support families with case management and housing resources.
• Serve as liaison with housing, legal, medical, and financial agencies.
• Develop linkages with community programs to address identified needs.
• Engage in community outreaches.
