Job summary

The Delores Project seeks a Group Facilitator to design and lead engaging programming for shelter guests, residents, and aftercare clients. You will create opportunities for connection, skill-building, and wellbeing within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework.

You will collaborate with the Behavioral Health and Wellness team, focusing on group activities, community-building, and crisis support, while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across diverse participants.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating groups in shelter or housing settings.
• Strong crisis intervention communication skills.
• Ability to work trauma-informed and harm-reduction oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate groups, workshops, and activities for participants.
• Foster welcoming, inclusive spaces and community engagement.
• Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and refer to appropriate staff when needed.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure aligned, supportive programming.
