GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Program Facilitator in Tennessee to deliver gender-responsive, trauma-informed group sessions. You will guide participants through curricula, conduct orientations, and assist with community reintegration planning, while maintaining records and coordinating schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in social sciences or CPRS designation plus 3+ years of related experience, with a flexible schedule including evenings. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or CPRS designation with 3+ years of qualifying experience.
• Experience as a facilitator in a criminal justice setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing difficult topics and handling conflict.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Delivers gender-responsive, trauma-informed curricula in group sessions.
• Uses evidence-based practices to boost engagement and motivation.
• Conducts orientations and intakes for participants.
• Keeps rosters, attendance, and progress documentation.
• Assists in planning for community release.
• Coordinates participant schedules to meet programming needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
