Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) has a full-time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager in the Easthampton area office to provide intensive case management to youths.

Responsibilities include communication with clients and collateral partners (schools, therapists, foster homes), setting limits, developing interventions, and aligning goals with guardians and providers. On-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the human service or behavioral science field.
• LSW, LSWA, or license-eligible.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care.
• Approved CORI & DCF background checks (preformed by the EEC).
• Approved driving background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto Insurance: coverage limits as described must be provided before employment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with clients and collateral partners (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.).
• Set limits for youth and develop interventions and goals in conjunction with guardians and providers.
• Coordinate with schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, and foster homes.
• Participate in on-call services as needed.
• Provide weekly supervision to case managers and resource specialists in the front lines.
