Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains (LFSRM) seeks a dedicated Case Manager to monitor and protect children, provide case management for a caseload, and coordinate services for families and foster homes. The role covers Southern Colorado Springs with occasional Pueblo and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining case notes, participating in court hearings, and providing crisis intervention and advocacy within the child welfare system.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences is required.
• If the degree is in a non-related field, at least two years' supervised experience with a MSW or related master's degree is required.
• Experience in case management, crisis intervention, and coordinating services for children and families is preferred.

• Manage all assigned cases with face-to-face contact as required by state regulations.
• Coordinate therapeutic, health, educational, and cross-cultural resources for youth and families.
• Maintain thorough case notes and timely documentation.
• Provide on-call services for emergencies.
