Intermountain Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Denver, CO to provide trauma-informed patient care and lead comprehensive clinical assessments. The role emphasizes coordination with law enforcement, victim advocacy, and protective services, including court testimony when required.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, possess BLS, and meet BSN expectations; one year of experience is preferred. Shifts include 1330-1400 and 1900-0730, with a 24-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient status using physical, social, and psychological information and collaborate with the care team.
• Plan and educate to develop a patient-centered plan of care with family and team involvement.
• Implement the plan and coordinate care delivery with time and resource management.
• Evaluate patient response and update the plan as needed based on outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Promote professionalism, ethical practice, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
