Job summary

Tennessee Voices Inc. seeks a Therapist to deliver integrated behavioral health services in assigned regions, including assessments, brief interventions, individual and family therapy, and crisis evaluations.

You will work with children, youth, adults, and families in a trauma-informed, wraparound framework. Collaborating with medical providers, school systems, and community partners, you will ensure strength-based care and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling/therapy/social work with 2+ years of field experience.
• Non-profit experience and work with child-serving systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or family outpatient therapy as determined by client needs.
• Document assessments, intakes, treatment plans in agency EHR.
• Coordinate care with Clinical Director and other TNV resources.
• Collaborate with Family Support Specialist to deliver in-home services when needed.
