Job summary

Omni Family of Services in Mount Juliet, TN seeks a Therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy, and to participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing annual clinical/psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention consultation.

We are a trauma-informed, ESOP-owned organization dedicated to safety, healing, and empowering children and families as they navigate life’s challenges through foster care, outpatient behavioral health, and community-based support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• CPI de-escalation certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and crisis intervention consultation.
• Develop annual clinical/psychosocial assessments.
