The Therapist provides integrated behavioral health services in the community of their assigned regions. This role delivers assessments, brief interventions, individual and family therapy, crisis evaluations, and collaborative care coordination for children, youth, adults, and families. The Therapist implements a trauma informed model while working closely with medical providers, school systems, and community partners to ensure strength-based care with wraparound support.

Employees are evaluated on an annual basis. Performance Reviews are completed electronically by the employee’s direct supervisor then reviewed and approved by regional or program leadership. Employees are given the opportunity to review their performance evaluation with their supervisor and will be required to acknowledge receipt of the annual review electronically.
