Job summary

PATH Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a Mental Health Worker/Trauma - Family Based to join a trauma-focused team delivering ESFT-based services in families' homes. You will conduct assessments, coordinate services, and provide crisis intervention and therapy support alongside a licensed clinician.

This role requires flexible scheduling, on-call coverage, and collaboration with multiple systems, with ongoing professional development through ESFT trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family, or psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year experience in CASSP system and experience in trauma-focused interventions preferred.
• Driver's License and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of identified families and youth with emphasis on trauma impact.
• Assist the therapist in the provision of individual, family, and group therapy with identified families.
• Work collaboratively with assigned therapist to provide comprehensive services and linkages.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
• Deliver services in a manner convenient to families, including evenings and weekends.
