Job summary

Archways seeks an ACERT Specialist to build trust with families following traumatic experiences and connect them with community resources. You will work with police, schools, LRCS, and partners to deliver family-centered, non-investigative support in homes and community settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or higher) and experience in family services, with strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Travel within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate trauma-informed guidance and support to families.
• Ability to identify family strengths, needs, and barriers with sensitivity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Valid NH driver's license and ability to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within each family's structure and respect differences.
• Provide trauma-informed guidance, referrals, and practical family support in homes and community settings.
• Assist families in maintaining children's health, safety, and well-being within program scope.
• Identify strengths, concerns, and priorities; document goals and next steps accurately.
• Support families in informed decision-making and practical steps for stability after trauma.
• Connect families with community resources and warm handoffs with consent.
• Maintain professional boundaries and Archways standards of conduct.
• Prepare complete, timely documentation and participate in supervision and meetings.
