Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or a related credential.
• Master's Degree in social work preferred or required by program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required.
• Ability to work in office, home, and community settings with trauma-informed focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide parent education, skills development, and coaching.
• Facilitate supervised visitation and visit coaching.
• Assess families’ needs and develop measurable parenting goals.
• Coordinate services with supervisors, CASA, GAL, and other teams.
• Maintain documentation and submit timely progress notes and reports.
• Deliver services with cultural competence and child safety at the forefront.
