Job summary

The Iowa Judicial Branch is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of the Family Recovery Courts in Polk and Warren Counties.

The role involves coordinating referrals, intake, orientation, and serving as the first line of contact between families and the court team. You will maintain accurate case data, liaise with treatment providers, and support program improvement through data analysis and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of full-time equivalent experience in program administration.
• Trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to family engagement.
• Ability to travel to other counties within the judicial district.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Family Recovery Courts.
• Manage referrals, intake, and orientation with families.
• Serve as the primary liaison between families and the court team.
• Collect and maintain accurate case data and support compliance reporting.
• Attend hearings, community events, and coordinator meetings as needed.
