Children & Families of Iowa is seeking a Family Support Worker to help families navigate trauma and life challenges, guiding them toward stability. You will provide transportation, supervise family interactions, and coordinate meetings with the FCS team to ensure safety and connection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in human services or working with children preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for families and children as needed.
• Facilitate and supervise family interactions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between families and FCS team members.
• Complete accurate and timely case documentation.
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to supporting and strengthening families.
