In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide urgent case management, and foster community partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, strong communication skills, and a commitment to supporting families in crisis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of full-time experience in direct client/family interaction required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and assessments for families seeking emergency assistance.
• Develop effective case plans for families facing economic stressors.
• Provide advocacy and follow-up with families to assess progress.
