Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Colorado is seeking a bilingual Site Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for families seeking support, creating a welcoming environment and connecting clients with resources across on-site services.

This role emphasizes trauma-informed care, volunteer supervision, data entry, and collaboration with the Family Navigation team to strengthen families and the community while maintaining smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or currently enrolled in higher education classes in human services field.
• Two years of experience providing human services or customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability to work a flexible 40-hour workweek with a typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; may include evenings and one weekend day per month.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist families
• Coordinate front desk operations
• Train and supervise volunteers
• Provide administrative and data support
• Coordinate donation efforts and special events
• Assisting Spanish-speaking clients
• Partner with the Family Navigation team
