Options Counseling and Family Services is seeking a Family Builder to support children at risk of out-of-home placement and foster/adoptive families. The role combines direct family services, case coordination with ODHS, and detailed documentation, requiring travel to client homes and communities.

The position is full-time (40 hrs/week) with flexible hours. A qualifying background includes experience with vulnerable families, confidentiality, and a valid Oregon license.

Qualificações

• Two years’ experience working with at-risk families within the last five years.
• Maintains client confidentiality.
• Ability to travel and transport clients to homes and communities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Service: Assist families in overcoming barriers and ensuring child safety and well-being.
• Case Coordination: Coordinate case activities with stakeholders and attend meetings/court hearings.
• Documentation: Report safety concerns and document all activities in electronic records.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
