Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers is seeking an ESC Services & Data Specialist to coordinate daily administrative operations of the Emotional Support Center, provide exceptional customer service, maintain program data, and support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in human services or medical office support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of community resources and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative operations and front office functions.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
• Support therapists and staff with scheduling, intake, and clinic workflow.
• Assist with resource navigation and information on behavioral health services.
• Maintain accurate client records and program databases per requirements.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and program evaluation.
• Provide administrative support to the ESC Director, including reports and meetings.
• Maintain office systems, supplies, and materials for daily operations.
• Practice trauma-informed communication and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in community outreach and special events as assigned.
• Assist with orientation of volunteers or temporary staff.
