Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and Level One Fingerprint Clearance.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain prior to start date).
• Deep understanding and respect for youth dealing with trauma, mental illness, and addiction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and protect youth from self-harm and peer altercations.
• De-escalate verbal and physical confrontations using non-violent crisis intervention techniques.
• Write and file incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
