Qualifications

  • Calm and professional during crises.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license preferred.
  • Able to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct rounds to monitor client activity, safety, and environmental conditions.
  • Ensure clients are in authorized areas and follow program rules.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, parking lots, and grounds.
  • Maintain awareness of client movement and report unusual activity.
  • Assist staff in maintaining a secure, therapeutic environment.
  • Respond to behavioral incidents promptly and de-escalate when needed.
  • Follow through on safety concerns and document resolutions.
  • Complete incident and safety reports and maintain logs.
