Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Emergency Response Team Officer (ERTO) at National Harbor, MD. You will be part of an elite security team providing proactive, armed protection for guests, employees and property.

Responsibilities include patrolling, rapid emergency response, and coordination with fire, law enforcement, and medical personnel. Requires strong fitness, a valid driver’s license and security academy background.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Graduated from an accredited US federal/state/local law enforcement academy.
• Must satisfactorily pass firearm test, physical agility test and psychological evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling designated areas and maintaining vigilance.
• Swiftly respond to emergencies and coordinate actions.
• Collaborate with fire, police, and medical on response strategies.
