Family Pathways in Cambridge, MN is seeking a Part-Time Domestic Violence Shelter Advocate for days and weekends. You will provide crisis intervention, direct service, intake within 24 hours, and advocate on residents' behalf, coordinating with staff and planning resident activities.

Qualifications

• Crisis intervention and direct service to shelter residents.
• 1) Primary Advocate approach and personal/legal advocacy for residents.
• Intake, orientation, and service planning within 24 hours of entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and direct service for shelter residents.
• Capable of operating the 24-hour crisis line with intake assessment.
• Coordinate case planning and advocate for residents with staff.
• Plan and lead resident groups and activities as needed.
• Provide transportation for residents when necessary.
