Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Greet consumers and referral sources professionally with high-quality customer service.
• Perform trauma-informed observed sample collection for male or female clients in accordance with procedures.
• Enroll consumers into drug testing services and manage enrollment tasks.
