Job summary

NorthCare is seeking a frontline team member to support the efficient operation of the agency's drug testing program at our Oklahoma City location. You will greet clients, enroll them, manage check-in and referrals, and maintain a clean, safe environment while upholding confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication. Training provided by NorthCare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years related experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office or equivalent computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent consumer service by greeting and assisting clients, visitors and staff.
• Enroll consumers into drug testing services and handle related duties.
• Manage check-in, referrals, scheduling and verification of appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and confidentiality for all information.
• Communicate with supervisor about any issues affecting performance.
