Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and preferably two years related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential; safety, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, or equivalent, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while working with frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and have good speech and hearing to communicate with people.
• Must complete NorthCare required training within 30 days of employment and TB test within 12 months prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent consumer service by creating a warm, welcoming environment and offering timely access to clinical staff.
• Greets consumers and referral sources in a professional manner with high-quality customer service.
• Perform trauma-informed observed sample collection for male or female clients.
• Enroll consumers into drug testing services and manage enrollment processes.
• Maintain referrals, respond to inquiries, schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Handle check-in and fee collection.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary environment through daily cleaning and restocking.
• Communicate with supervisor about any issues that may affect performance.
• Maintain organized work area and follow through on tasks.
• Follow confidentiality policies and protect consumer information.
• Adhere to all safety and administrative procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
