Health Connect America is committed to providing trauma‑informed, client‑centered care across all programs. We are seeking a Drug Screen Technician to support our mental and behavioral health services by ensuring accurate, timely drug testing under strict confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process patient specimens for drug, alcohol, and DNA tests.
• Collect urine specimens from donors at the local collection facility and at customer locations.
• Treat all clients in a caring, courteous and professional manner.
• Conduct observed and unobserved urine collections as required.
• Adhere to all relevant state/federal regulations and company policies & procedures.
• Stay current in the drug and alcohol testing industry through ongoing training.
• Process instant tests and prepare specimens for transport to the laboratory via courier or overnight delivery.

Qualifications: A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
