Job summary

NorthCare is seeking a dedicated team member to efficiently run the drug testing program at our Oklahoma City location. You will greet consumers, enroll clients, and manage check-ins while ensuring a warm, confidential environment.

Responsibilities include trauma-informed sample collection, scheduling referrals, maintaining supplies, and collaborating with the clinic practice manager. A GED or high school diploma and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must follow confidentiality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service to consumers and referrals.
• Perform trauma-informed observed sample collection.
• Enroll consumers into drug testing services and manage enrollment tasks.
• Check-in and fee collection of consumers; verify appointments.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment and restock supplies.
• Communicate with supervisor about issues affecting duties.
• Adhere to confidentiality and agency policies.
