Job summary

Sarah’s Home in Peyton, CO is seeking a Direct Care Provider PRN to support adolescent survivors of sex trafficking in a residential setting. You will provide direct supervision, implement individual plans, and assist with daily activities and life skills coaching.

Extensive background checks are required due to the sensitive nature of this role. The position offers flexible shifts, with day, evening, and overnight options, and requires on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 2 yrs college and/or 1 yr college experience in a human services field
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience with teens or at-risk youth preferred
• QMAP Certification: obtainable within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Fill open shifts as needed; respond to short-notice requests when required
• Provide direct supervision of adolescents
• Coach and apply trauma-informed care practices
• Facilitate daily activities and life skills coaching
• Be on-call on a rotating basis
• Support residents’ outdoor and equine-based activities
• Assist in moving supplies and housekeeping tasks
• Document observations and support safety protocols
• Collaborate with residential team and case management
