Job summary

You will apply CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality care. A Master’s in a behavioral health field and NJ license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted NJ clinical license.
• Experience facilitating group therapy for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions in a structured clinical setting.
• Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence.
• Apply CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy throughout all group sessions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
