Qualifications

• Experience in case management, social services, violence prevention, or community outreach preferred.
• Ability to work in high-risk and fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Chicago communities and community resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect participants to resources for housing, employment, education, and health services.
• Provide crisis response and trauma-informed care.
