Ruby's Place dba Restorative Pathways (RP) in Oakland seeks a Senior Manager of Trauma-Informed Crisis Response to lead on-site crisis operations across residential and service programs. You will stabilize incidents, support staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen emergency systems with a trauma-informed approach.

This full-time, in-person role requires on-call availability, collaboration with multi-site teams, and a deep commitment to survivors of violence in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years in residential programs, crisis response, or trauma-informed settings.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to be on-call and respond on-site.
• Experience with multi-site operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary on-call responder for critical incidents.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency partners.
• Ensure adherence to emergency protocols and on-site wellness liaison.
• Support staff with documentation and emotional processing after crises.
• Develop and standardize emergency protocols across sites.
• Conduct drills and visit sites to assess risks.
• Support post-crisis wellness continuity.
