Heart of Texas Region Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Crisis Respite Program Manager to develop and manage a therapeutic environment and to oversee admissions for individuals in crisis. You will engage with agency staff and community stakeholders, review referral paperwork, and ensure trauma-informed, person-centered care across the program.

The role requires leadership in crisis intervention, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with The Wood Group to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or social work.
• LPC or LCSW licensure preferred.
• One-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis, psychosocial assessments, and crisis intervention.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and supervise the Crisis Respite Program.
• Build relationships with local community agencies for referrals.
• Provide crisis counseling and clinical oversight for staff.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions.
• Prepare progress notes and other required documentation.
