Job summary

Adelphoi in Bradford County, PA is seeking a Community Counselor to support youth and families through the Family Relationship Coaching program. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, a $1,500 signing bonus paid at 90 days, and a path to professional growth.

You will deliver prevention and intervention services, develop treatment plans, supervise parents during visits, and collaborate with schools and courts, all while applying trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Strong communication and tech skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits.
• Mentor caregivers in parenting.
• Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings.
• Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles in all aspects of service delivery.
